The Right Room.
One Week to Get Ready.
Sidecar is building the AI teammate for logistics and supply chain teams — a 24/7 intelligent co-pilot that helps operators move faster, make better decisions, and stop losing time to manual work.
Their first big public moment was IICS 2025: India’s International Cargo & Multimodal Logistics Show, held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. South Asia’s largest logistics event. Four editions in. 200+ exhibitors. 25,000 trade visitors across three days — freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, manufacturers, policymakers.
This was the right stage. The audience was exactly who Sidecar needed to reach.
There was one problem: they had a week to get ready for it.
Everything to Build.
Nothing to Start From.
Sidecar was launching their company. Not rebranding — launching. There was no existing collateral, no event presence, no materials to pull from. They were coming to IICS as a first-time exhibitor with a brand-new product in a room full of established industry players.
To show up credibly at a show this size, they needed everything:
A landing page that could capture leads and tell their story clearly
A booth presence — banners and posters that could hold their own on the floor
Event collaterals that reps could hand to prospects
A brand/ product explainer video that could do the talking when a person couldn’t
And they needed all of it in 10 days.
Sudhanshu, CEO, Sidecar
The stakes were real. At an event like IICS, first impressions are business impressions. Walk past a poorly branded booth or land on a half-finished page and you’ve already lost the room. For a company launching its product to an enterprise audience, there was no room for “we’ll polish it later.”
Brand Foundation and Direction

Event Collaterals and Print
With the landing page done, we moved to the physical experience. Booth banners, posters, and handout collaterals — all designed to the same visual system, all production-ready for print.
At a show with 200+ exhibitors competing for the same 25,000 visitors, the booth had to stop people mid-walk. We designed for that — bold, clear, immediately readable from 10 feet away.

Brand Explainer Video
The video was the last piece and the hardest to compress. In 60–90 seconds, it had to introduce Sidecar, explain the product, and leave the viewer with a clear sense of the value.
We scripted, designed, and produced the explainer end-to-end motion graphics, voiceover direction, and final cut — within the timeline. The video was built to run on loop at the booth and live on the landing page.
Landing Page
We designed and built a landing page that could handle two jobs simultaneously: explain the product clearly to a cold visitor, and capture leads from warm prospects who’d just walked away from the booth.
The page was structured for an enterprise logistics audience — busy, skeptical, decision-oriented. Short on patience for jargon. We kept the hierarchy tight: what it is, why it matters, what to do next.

$1M+ Pipeline.
3 Days. One Show.
Sidecar launched at IICS 2025 on time, on-brand, and without cutting corners on quality. In a room of 200+ exhibitors, they showed up as a company that knew what it was and who it was for.
Three days of conversations with freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, and logistics operators across South Asia’s biggest industry gathering produced a result that mattered most for a company at launch stage:
$1M+ in pipeline generated directly from IICS 2025.
