The Service was World-Class.

The Website Wasn’t.

Pinnacle is one of the faster-growing performance marketing agencies operating at serious scale — $100.3M+ in monthly ad spend managed across 3,000+ clients, with platform partnerships spanning Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Their core offering — high-trust agency ad accounts, full-funnel media buying, creative production, and retention marketing — is built for brands that need reliable infrastructure and real results. The kind of agency that brands hand over their budgets to and expect not to think twice.

They had the receipts. Trustpilot ratings. Client volume. Platform certifications. The product was there.

The website wasn’t.

Losing Trust Before

the First Conversation

When prospects landed on Pinnacle’s site, the experience didn’t match the operation behind it.

The homepage read like a templated agency site — generic service descriptions, a flat visual hierarchy, and key credibility signals buried where most visitors never scroll. For a company processing nine-figure ad budgets monthly, that first impression gap was a real business problem.

The specific issues we were hired to fix:

  • The hero section didn’t communicate scale or authority within the first 5 seconds

  • Service offerings (ad accounts, media buying, creative, retention) were presented as a flat list with no clear differentiation or hierarchy

  • $100M+ in managed spend, 3,000+ clients, and Trustpilot ratings — their strongest proof points — were not visible above the fold

  • CTAs were vague and disconnected from the conversion path

  • The visual language contradicted Pinnacle’s own positioning: “for brands that don’t settle”

“We were showing up to one of the biggest logistics events in the region and we needed a partner who could move as fast as we needed and still deliver quality.”

Sudhanshu, CEO, Sidecar

The risk of leaving this unfixed was straightforward: in a market where media agencies are commoditized, the website is often the last thing between a warm prospect and a signed contract. A weak site doesn’t just underperform — it actively erodes confidence.

37Degree took over the full redesign. The engagement covered strategy, design, and delivery across all core pages.

Anchoring the Hero on Authority

The most urgent fix was the first impression. We rebuilt the hero around Pinnacle’s strongest assets — managed spend, client volume, platform partnerships — with a headline that spoke directly to their target: ambitious brands that want a partner who can actually perform.

Just the number that matters: $100M+ managed monthly, and what that means for a brand considering working with them.

Restructuring Services for Clarity

Pinnacle’s four service lines are genuinely distinct. The old site didn’t make that clear. We gave each — Agency Ad Accounts, Media Buying, Creative Production, Retention Marketing — its own visual space, benefit-led headline, and short description that answered the prospect’s first question: is this for me?

This reduced the cognitive load of scanning the page and gave each service line a chance to land.

Bringing Credibility Forward

We audited every trust signal Pinnacle had and repositioned them where decisions get made — not in the footer, not in a sidebar, but in the flow of the page.

  • Stats block — $100.3M managed monthly, 3,000+ clients, surfaced in the first scroll

  • Platform badges — Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat positioned as proof of infrastructure

  • Trustpilot rating — 4.6/5 with review count, placed near primary CTAs

Tightening the Conversion Path

The original site had multiple CTAs pointing in different directions with inconsistent copy. We consolidated the conversion flow — one clear next step per section, consistent language, and a contact experience that reduced friction between interest and action.

Visual Language Alignment

Pinnacle’s brand positioning — “for brands that don’t settle” — demands a visual standard that earns that claim. We updated the design language: sharper typography, stronger contrast ratios, a layout system that communicated precision and control rather than generic agency polish.

A Site That Does the Selling Before the Call

Pinnacle’s website now works as a sales asset. Prospects arrive, see the scale, understand the services, and trust the brand before a single conversation happens.
